Project Management Expertise

WPP&MS has the capability of providing Project Management for the small to medium sized project work ($50k - $5M)

Our Company utilizes MS.Excel and Access for our cost control and reporting systems. Cost variance can be tracked and reported daily.

Project Planning also forms part of our overall management package. WPP&MS utilizes either MS.Project or Primevera software for the development of construction and maintenance project plans. Critical path work is identified and baselines established and all tasks are tracked for the duration of the project. Reports may be generated as per the Client’s needs. This software is also used in conjunction with our cost monitoring control systems.
